I have noticed several changes, but here are a couple of high-level ones; People are getting along better in our offices that normally did not. Teams are beginning to comment on their bosses or bosses, bosses archetypes. The team is having quicker and more effective meetings with less fluff. My executive management team is completing tasks with higher efficiency. Crucial confrontation discussions are fewer.

This is for new business owners or entrepreneurs or CFO’s, CO’s, CEO’s and more. As the world and industries change, so do the people running the show. Build the flexibility needed to run the business. I have seen many leaders try and keep things the same, nothing in the world stays the same. If leaders are not looking at the flexibility in the business, the business will lose money, profits and credibility.
Having a fresh set of eyes on business structure, process, people and over all possibility of the business can make the change needed to get to the desired outcome.
The feedback I am getting from my team on a personal level is that they feel more positive, less affected by negativity and news and have better relationships at home.
At the office, we are all less reactive to things and clients, we are able to step back and use Tree’s tools to deal with issues. Overall we are now a closer team and more efficient!
