Thought

Much of the fear, worry or doubt that happens in each human is a story created in our own mind. This in turn can create a state of stress and potentially, overwhelm. This stress and overwhelm controls our actions or lack thereof. Fear, more commonly than not, can cause stagnancy in life and, when stagnancy happens, time is still going by, FAST!

What if, as time went by, nothing changed and all of your hopes and dreams were unrealized because of the imagined fear that is not the truth in real life? You are still in the exact same spot you were 3, 5 or 10 years ago. One can even get caught up in the mindset of “What’s the point, now”. This mindset can keep you in fear and stagnancy. What if there was another way?

Ponder

What if you began to realize that those thoughts you are having, that your body is reacting to, can be changed?

What if you choose to get up and physically experience something, going towards what you want to have or do in your life?

What if you began to experience something new more often and your confidence builds and you experience more?

What if in just one year you became so curious about another way, took action and you were closer to where you want to be in your life?

What if you were making bigger dreams, you were out of fear, doubt and old unuseful stories? You were happier, healthier and focused on possibilities?

Action

Fantasize your way to the life you want.

  1. See, feel and hear yourself where you want to be. Really see it in your mind and feel it in your body. Take 1 minute an hour through your day and do this…do NOT think about it, actually have the experience of it. Feel it. This literally will take you 10 minutes a day to change your state of mind. You are worth it!

If you are questioning the above experience then you are still in fear. Get up and move your body, do something you are good at to change your mood to a positive one. Doing something you are good at, just feels good.

  2. Connect with people that are already where you want to be. Be around their mood and energy so you can rehearse this yourself. We do this already in life, so why not use this mimic or modeling other people to get to your success and goals. When focused on this experience, old thoughts are pushed aside, as you are in the moment of you and the experience.
  3. Build what you want. After getting your mind in the right place and practicing where you want to be, how you want to feel, it is time to build what you want. Life is about growth, learning from experiences and building what you want, REPEAT. If you are caught up in the what if’s, you will never know or get the answers to the what if’s, you only find answers in your own experiences. So get out there and have as many experiences you can have, LEARN, GROW and create your own success and the life you want. Fantazie, experience and build.
